Shipping

All candle orders ship FREE within the United States, no order minimum required. Please note: At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations.

You can expect your package to be in the mail within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are packed securely using biodegradable materials to ensure your candle arrives in excellent condition. (In an effort to reduce waste, please note that we do not ship candles in gift boxes.)

We ship from Los Angeles, California via UPS Priority Service or for larger orders, UPS Ground. The majority of packages arrive within 4 business days after being scanned by our local post office.

Please note that, due to an increased volume of mailed packages during COVID-19, our local post offices may be experiencing some delays. Most packages are delivered in a regular timeframe, but if your tracking number shows no movement for over a week, please reach out to hello@shopgetaway.co and we'll do what we can to find a solution!

Our products are hand-poured in small batches and we do our best to keep up with stock demand. Rest assured, we're working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Returns + Refunds

If you’re looking to return an item for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer a 14-day return policy, so if you change your mind about your order, you are welcome to return it, unused, postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and receive a refund.

To start a return, contact us first at hello@shopgetaway.co with your order number and reason for returning.

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you shipping instructions. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. To ensure the item makes it back to us, we recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

Important: All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund. You can always contact us with any questions at hello@shopgetaway.co.

RETURNS PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. To start a return, please contact us first at hello@shopgetaway.co with your order number and reason for returning.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place and shipping boxes should not be left unattended in order to avoid damage. Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email us at hello@shopgetaway.co with your order number, a photo of your damaged product, and an explanation of the issue.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time.
